VENTURA COUNTY LIKE — Count me in! Bruin Rowena represented Ventura County this weekend, making the semi-finals in the 2014 Miss CaliforniaUSA Pageant — Another fine representative of UCLA
It’s a small world after all. While I was in the audience at the 2014 Miss CaliforniaUSA pageant this weekend, I get a Facebook communication from a former Bruin Cheerleader who tells me that, Rowena, a friend of hers from UCLA, is a contestant in the pageant. Moments later Rowena’s name is announced, and I find out that Miss Ventura is a Bruin. So as a courtesy, and because of this one degree of separation situation — and because she’s gorgeous — I tried to take as many photos of Rowena as I could.
